Who are we?

Bremner Advisory launched in early 2018 off the backs of Jason and Geraldine, who desperately wanted to work remotely and gain some travel flexibility. The goal was to bring cloud technology and the love of accounting to small/ medium businesses.

If you do not have offices, how will I meet with you?

We use Zoom for our meetings with you. The plus? It saves you on travel time and cost.

What do we do?

Everything your finance department does at a fraction of the cost of hiring full-time. Bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, tax filing, accounting, and business advisory services.

Can you assist with SARS?

Definitely! We take care of tax registrations, queries, reviews and any SARS-Related stress.

How much does it all cost?

Good question. That depends. We want to understand your particular requirements and draw up a price based on your size, complexity, urgency and services required.

What is the contract term?

Your contract with us does not come with a fixed term. If you’re happy, we’re happy. If your circumstances change, we understand, we can upgrade or downgrade your account without incurring any fees.

How does your pricing work?

We don’t like surprise invoices, and neither should you. We establish a fixed monthly retainer that encompasses all the services you need. No surprises.

How do I sign up?

We start with a discovery call which gives you an opportunity to tell us a bit more about yourself and your business. We’ll then compile a plan action addressing your challenges and goals. And finally we’ll present you with a Pricing plan covering the scope required.

How do I go about switching to Bremner Advisory?

Switching from your old accountant is a piece of cake! We’ll provide a step-by-step guide that’s tailored to your requirements.

How quickly can I get going?

As soon as you’ve accepted our online proposal, the onboarding process begins within 24 hours.

Applications

What accounting software do you use?

We use Xero. Yes, there are other cloud-based accounting softwares out there, but in our experience their integrations are limited, and we’re all about recommending the best to our clients.

Will I need all these apps and tools?

Maybe. Maybe not. Our cloud solutions are individually tailored to your needs. This means that some of the applications won’t be applicable to you and your business. Our team will recommend the best tools for you.

If you’re in the cloud, what about my box of paperwork?

Imagine not having a box of paperwork…this may sound foreign now, but trust us, our cloud-based solutions will eliminate as much paperwork as possible. There won’t be a need to drop that box off.
